Job summary

Livewell Animal Urgent Care of Minnetonka is seeking a Hospital Manager to launch and grow a brand-new hospital, setting culture, standards, and an efficient operating rhythm with the Founding DVM and regional leadership.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, own P&L and inventory, implement growth strategies, and ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with Livewell standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in building teams and culture.
• Ability to establish hospital standards and operating rhythm.
• Experience managing P&L, labor, and inventory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Background in veterinary/medical or service environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish hospital culture, standards, and expectations from day one.
• Lead interviewing and hiring for support roles.
• Own P&L performance, labor costs, and inventory controls.
• Develop local marketing and community engagement strategies.
• Deliver high-quality client experience aligned with Livewell standards.
