Job summary

Livewell Animal Hospital of One Loudoun is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead the launch, growth, and stabilization of a brand-new hospital. You will shape culture, team, and operating rhythm in close partnership with the Founding DVM and regional leadership.

You will drive growth, recruit and develop a high-performing team, own financial performance, and deliver an exceptional client experience as part of a nationwide Livewell network.

Responsibilities

• Establish hospital culture, standards, and expectations from day one, implementing operational playbooks and aligning medical and business strategy.
• Lead interviewing and hiring for all support roles to build a cohesive, growth-oriented team.
• Manage P&L performance, labor costs, and inventory controls to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality client experience with hospitality and efficiency aligned to Livewell standards.
