Job summary

Livewell Hospital Manager role at Livewell Animal Hospital is a high-impact leadership position responsible for launching and growing a new hospital. You will shape culture, team dynamics, and operational rhythm in close partnership with the founding DVM and regional leadership.

You will drive local marketing, recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage P&L and inventory, and ensure exceptional client experiences aligned with Livewell standards.

Qualifications

• De novo/start-up experience within veterinary medicine preferred.
• Experience building and developing teams with a positive, growth-focused leadership style.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance execution and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Establish hospital culture, standards, and expectations from day one, implementing Livewell playbooks.
• Lead local marketing strategies and community engagement to grow visit trends.
• Oversee recruiting and hiring for all support roles to build a high-performing team.
• Manage P&L, labor costs, and inventory to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality client service and hospitality aligned with Livewell standards.
