Banfield Pet Hospital in Millbury, MA is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to provide exceptional client and patient experiences while supporting the Practice Manager and COS. You’ll help guide the team to maximize productivity and profitability and you may perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed.

The role requires weekend and evening shifts, ability to work with pets and people, and a commitment to Banfield’s Five Principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff to maximize productivity and ensure quality client/pet experiences.
• Assist the Practice Manager and COS in guiding the hospital team.
• Perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed.
