Banfield Pet Hospital in Millbury, MA is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to supervise the team, support the Practice Manager, and ensure exceptional client and patient experiences.

You will perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed, help schedule staff, uphold Banfield protocols, and drive high-quality care and service for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while assisting leadership.
• Supervise team when needed and ensure productivity and quality care.
• Perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as required.
