Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in hospital, retail, or service-based industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the hospital P&L and be accountable for performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast needs and identify trends.
• Manage accounts receivable and hospital costs.
• Oversee inventory and administrative expenses; supervise payroll.
• Develop the hospital schedule and manage labor costs.
• Lead the team to improve processes across client service, operations and admin tasks.
• Champion change, share best practices, and drive efficiency.
