Sawtooth Animal Center in Bellevue, Idaho, seeks a Hospital Manager to lead a dedicated hospital support team, partnering with the Veterinarian to drive efficient operations and high-quality patient care. You will supervise staff, manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensure compliance, and uphold a culture of care for pets and clients while supporting growth and profitability.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and balancing clinical excellence with day-to-day

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health science or related field.
• Five years of direct office management experience with at least two years in supervision.
• Equivalent combination of education, certification, training or experience may be considered.

Mansioni

• Supervises staff across hospital support departments and meets labor goals.
• Hires and trains office and technical clinic staff; handles onboarding paperwork.
• Orients new staff to the hospital and roles.
• Reviews performance; provides feedback and conducts weekly reviews with regional leadership.
• Manages schedules, budgets, vendor invoices, and inventory for the facility.
