PetVet Care Centers is seeking a Hospital Manager for Sawtooth Animal Center in Bellevue, Idaho. This role leads a dedicated team to deliver efficient hospital operations while fostering a culture of care and exceptional patient service.

You will drive revenue, manage costs, ensure compliance, and partner with veterinarians to maintain outstanding medical care and client experience in a well-equipped facility.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health science, or related field.
• At least five years of direct office management experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to provide courteous, prompt customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and organization software.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Supervises hospital support staff and achieves labor goals.
• Hires and trains office and clinic staff.
• Orients and trains new staff to hospital operations.
• Reviews performance and conducts annual appraisals.
• Manages budgets, inventory, and purchasing.
• Ensures compliance with licensure and billing practices.
• Partners with DVM to optimize revenue and patient care.
