Bellevue Animal Hospital, part of Western Veterinary Partners, seeks a forward-thinking Hospital Administrator to lead business operations for our six-doctor practice in Bellevue, WA. You will partner with medical leadership to optimize financial performance and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business management experience required.
• Experience with P&L and budgeting is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• CVPM or equivalent education preferred.
• Veterinary experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: monitor performance, budgets, payroll, and growth.
• Operational Oversight: ensure compliance, equipment, inventory, and policies.
• Strategic Direction: develop long-term goals and expand services.
• Project & Facility Management: oversee daily operations and maintenance.
