Reporting to the Hospital Manager and Managing Veterinarian, you will drive staffing, workflow, and performance while maintaining a positive, collaborative culture on site.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, payroll and invoicing oversight, and collaboration across departments to improve efficiency and patient service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in customer-focused environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, budgeting, and day-to-day operations.
• Proven ability to coach teams, build relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hospital Manager to support daily hospital operations, staffing, and workflow management.
• Assist with employee scheduling and labor management to meet operational and financial goals.
• Help establish and monitor hospital goals, KPIs, and team objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement by supporting new initiatives and sharing best practices.
• Oversee compliance, including OSHA and DEA/Controlled Substance policies, and coordinate with IT/support.
