Job summary

PetVet Care Centers is looking for a Hospital Manager in Asheville, North Carolina, to develop and manage a high-performing hospital support team. The successful candidate will partner with the Veterinarian to ensure the operational efficiency of the hospital, emphasizing quality patient care and excellent customer service.

The role includes supervision of staff, budget management, and compliance with policies while creating a positive hospital culture. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and significant office management experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least five years of direct office management experience, including two years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work with or around sick animals and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all hospital support staff and achieve labor goals.
• Manage daily operations and compliance.
• Work with PetVet Care Centers support team for administrative responsibilities.
