Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Hospital Operations Manager or similar role.
• Three+ years in veterinary medicine with progressive responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; communicates clearly.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital operations.
• Ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Create and maintain accurate work schedules.
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and analyze trends
• Coach staff for growth and development.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Support doctors, staff, and clients with clarity and speed.
