This role blends leadership, operational execution, and business management, requiring the ability to lead 10+ staff, manage scheduling and payroll, ensure accuracy in medical records, and drive growth in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience required.
• Veterinary, medical, or service industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams (10+ employees).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen and comfort working with metrics/KPIs.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
