Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: ensure workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, equipment and inventory management.
• Project & Facility Management: lead daily operations, scheduling, and maintenance aligned with hospital goals.
• Client & Community Engagement: oversee marketing, resolve client concerns, improve patient experience and retention.
• Team Leadership: manage department leads, oversee hiring, development, staffing, and culture.
