Animal Care Center of Carters Creek is seeking a confident Veterinary Hospital Administrator to lead our 6-doctor practice through a growth phase. This full-time, salaried role emphasizes financial health, leadership development, and efficient operations in a evolving facility.

As Hospital Administrator you will drive long-term strategy, manage budgets and payroll, and partner with the medical director on clinical operations, while nurturing a positive, inclusive culture and strong client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership, business management, or operations management experience.
• Veterinary hospital management experience.
• Bachelor's degree; CVPM and/or LVMT strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial leadership: Monitor hospital performance, manage budgets, oversee payroll and financial operations.
• Operational oversight: Ensure efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, equipment/inventory, and policies.
• Strategic direction: Develop long-term goals, expand services, and support partnerships.
• Project & facility management: Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintenance.
• Client & community engagement: Oversee marketing, client experience, and retention.
• Team leadership: Manage department leads, oversee hiring and development, maintain staffing and culture.
