Position

The Hospital Manager is responsible for supporting the overall business operations. This position is a key part of the day-to-day operation. The Manager oversees the business of the operations to ensure a steady workflow of uninterrupted care and service. The role includes staff support, hiring and training, financial oversight (billing, banking, inventory, equipment selection), facility cleanliness, and ordering of supplies. The Manager will maintain a welcoming, customer‑focused work culture.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing the financial reporting of the business, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, budgeting, income reconciliation, credit and banking.
• Inventory management including process flow and control.
• Managing patient medical records and ensuring the highest quality of accuracy.
• Responsible for interviewing and hiring needed staff members.
• Providing training for new hires.
• Scheduling needs for staff and doctors.
• Promotes and helps ensure a patient‑centered environment.
• Facilitates resolutions for client problems that cannot be resolved by doctors or staff.
• Community involvement, including participation in fundraising and charity events.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand on feet for long periods.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant education and work experience.
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable but not required.
• Customer service attitude.
