South Shore Veterinary Hospital in Forest Lake, MN, part of Western Veterinary Partners, seeks an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead the team and support growth. The role partners with the Medical Director to drive day-to-day operations and cultivate a culture of communication, accountability, teamwork, and growth.

Responsibilities include financial leadership, operational oversight, strategic direction, and staff development.

Formación

• 5+ years of leadership, business management, or operations management experience required.
• Veterinary hospital management experience required - medical, dental, or healthcare practice management also considered.
• Bachelor's degree, CVPM, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor hospital performance, manage budgets, oversee payroll and financial operations.
• Ensure efficient workflow and compliance with regulations; manage equipment and inventory.
• Develop long-term goals, expand services, and support referrals and partnerships.
• Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintenance; align admin functions with hospital objectives.
• Oversee marketing strategies, resolve client concerns, enhance client experience, and drive retention.
• Manage and support department leads, oversee hiring and development, maintain staffing levels, promote a positive workplace culture.
