Country View Veterinary Clinic and Beaumont Animal Clinic in Champaign, IL, operate as one two-location veterinary practice with a 6-doctor team and shared staff. We seek a Hospital Manager to lead the unified team, strengthen culture, and improve operations while delivering outstanding patient care.

The role is full-time and salaried, requiring flexible scheduling and a focus on long-term growth, team development, and community engagement across both locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business management experience
• CVPM or equivalent education preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative leadership approach
• Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight
• Experience in training and supervising teams

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: monitor performance, budgets, payroll, and drive growth with data-informed decisions
• Operational Oversight: ensure compliance, manage equipment/inventory, enforce policies
• Strategic Direction: develop long-term goals, expand services, support partnerships
• Project & Facility Management: lead daily operations, scheduling, maintenance
• Client & Community Engagement: oversee marketing, resolve concerns, enhance client experience
• Team Leadership: manage department leads, hiring, development, staffing, culture
