Western Veterinary Partners seeks a strategic, people-first Hospital Manager to lead the unified team across Country View Veterinary Clinic and Beaumont Animal Clinic in Champaign. You will drive culture, accountability, and performance while guiding clinical and business improvements.

In this role you will develop leaders, strengthen culture, improve operational and financial performance, and create an environment where both people and patients thrive.

Formación

• 5+ years of business management experience.
• Veterinary experience is preferred but can be developed.
• Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative and servant leadership approach.
• Proficiency in budget management and data-informed decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Financial Leadership: Monitor hospital performance, manage budgets, payroll, and financial operations.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient workflow, regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, VMB), equipment and inventory management.
• Strategic Direction: Develop and execute long-term goals, expand services, and support partnerships.
• Project & Facility Management: Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintenance aligning admin functions with hospital goals.
• Client & Community Engagement: Oversee marketing strategies, handle client concerns, enhance experience and retention.
• Team Leadership: Manage department leads, oversee hiring, development, and staffing levels.
