Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead our unified team across two Champaign locations, focusing on culture, accountability, and financial performance. This is a full-time, salaried role with responsibility for strategic direction and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in business management, CVPM or equivalent education preferred, and a proven track record in team leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Monitor hospital performance, manage budgets, oversee payroll and financial operations, and drive growth through data-informed decisions.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient workflow, maintain regulatory compliance, manage equipment and inventory, and implement hospital policies.
• Strategic Direction: Develop and execute long-term goals, expand services, and support referrals and partnerships.
• Project & Facility Management: Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintenance aligned with hospital objectives.
• Client & Community Engagement: Oversee marketing strategies, resolve client concerns, enhance client experience, and foster retention.
• Team Leadership: Manage and support department leads, oversee hiring/development, maintain staffing levels, promote a positive workplace culture.
