Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Construction or Maintenance.
• Working knowledge of construction terms, blueprints, electrical, plumbing and general building construction.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify Mars Five Principles.
• Identify, manage and perform facility repairs and preventive maintenance tasks to practice standards.
• Perform medical equipment preventive maintenance and report on-repairable damage.
• Inspect and report facility damages, repairs, and variances.
• Coordinate travel arrangements within MVH guidelines and budget.
