Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Hospital Maintenance Technician to support hospital locations in the South Denver, CO area. You will manage facility repairs, preventive maintenance, and coordinate contracted work to ensure operations run smoothly.

Applicants should live within 20 miles of the South Denver region and have 3+ years in maintenance or construction. This role offers a full-time schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Construction or Maintenance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Facilities Management or similar preferred.
• Knowledge of construction terms, blueprints, electrical and plumbing work.
• Experience with building tools for cabinetry, paint and flooring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage and perform facility repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule work orders and communicate timelines to hospitals.
• Maintain regional tile care and painting programs.
• Source and manage painting contractors and materials.
• Perform medical equipment preventive maintenance and report damage.
