Qualifications

• 6+ years of hospital management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with P&L interpretation and utilization.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unaided; more with assistance.
• Willingness to work uncommon hours and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital business activities including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Partner with finance to prepare and manage budgets.
• Monitor KPIs, set fees, and manage inventory and software.
• Implement safety and security procedures.
