Thrive Pet Healthcare seeks a Hospital Administrator for Capital Veterinary Specialists in Jacksonville, FL. The role leads staff, manages budgets, analyzes KPIs, and ensures high-quality patient and client service in a veterinary setting.

You will supervise hiring/training, manage hospital software, and implement process improvements to support a positive culture and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data to establish priorities and run operational programs.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting, including P&L understanding.
• Experience leading staff, hiring and coaching across levels.
• Comfort with scheduling, fees setting, and inventory control.
• Proven commitment to outstanding client service and empathy.

• Collaborate with Pathway finance to prepare and manage budgets.
• Monitor KPIs, set fees, and maintain inventory control systems.
