Job summary

Chilhowee Veterinary Clinic in Maryville, TN seeks a detail‑oriented Client Service Representative to enhance client experiences at the front desk and support daily clinic operations. You will handle appointments, records, and payments while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for pets and their families.

The role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior client service or veterinary experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required, including alternating Saturdays 7:30am–12pm.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary or client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations and reception duties for clients and visitors.
• Maintain veterinary records, appointment scheduling, and data entry.
• Process payments and manage cash handling and accounts.
• Send reminders, manage communications, and follow up with clients.
• Greet clients and patients warmly to ensure a positive experience.
• Address client concerns calmly and professionally.
• Participate in daily clerical tasks and back-up computer system operations.
• Support Doctors and staff to uphold clinic policies and patient care.
