Qualifications

• Previous experience in a veterinary office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in, confirm details, and escort to exam rooms.
• Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting, process payments, and schedule future appointments.
• Answer calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, refills, and other requests; make reminders and follow-ups.
• Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.
