Qualifications

• 1+ years of veterinary receptionist experience required.
• Proficiency with veterinary practice management software (Impromed) preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-line phone system and assist in-person clients.
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide exceptional client service.
• Manage appointments and patient flow; answer phones and assist staff.
