Greet clients, schedule appointments using ezyVet, process payments, and maintain accurate records. Prior customer service experience is preferred; veterinary or medical background is a plus, and a professional appearance is valued.

• Familiarity with front desk operations and scheduling preferred (ezyVet helpful).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments using ezyVet.
• Manage front desk, lobby, check-in/check-out, invoices, and payments.
• Answer phones and emails with clarity and empathy.
• Maintain client records and support daily operations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform end-of-day reporting and payment reconciliation.
