The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of veterinary front desk experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a teamwork mindset in a busy clinic. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of veterinary receptionist or front desk experience.
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and pets warmly and professionally.
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage communications.
• Check-in/out patients, prepare invoices, and process payments.
• Maintain accurate medical and client records in software.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and the medical team to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide client education on services, wellness, and preventive care.
• Respond to client questions with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk; participate in rotating weekend shifts.
