Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year veterinary receptionist experience.

• Strong communicator and organized.
• Background check may be required before hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, triage concerns and answer questions.
• Answer calls or emails and direct to appropriate party for resolution.
• Schedule appointments to maximize daily flow.
