Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative at Roscoe Village Animal Hospital in Chicago. You will lead front desk operations, coach CSRs, and ensure exceptional client experiences, while partnering with hospital leadership to maintain service standards.

The role emphasizes guiding the CSR team, resolving escalations, and maintaining accurate scheduling and records in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills with scheduling systems and POS platforms.
• Excellent communication, empathetic and professional.
• Prior lead, senior, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or multi-location service environments preferred.
• The salary range for this position is $20 - $24.00/Hr. based on experience.
