Seven Hills Pet Hospital in Henderson, AL is seeking an experienced Lead Client Service Representative with veterinary front-desk leadership to guide the Client Service team and ensure a compassionate, efficient client experience at every interaction.

This full-time role combines hands-on client service with coaching, onboarding, and mentoring new CSRs, plus scheduling support, accurate records, and collaboration with hospital leadership to uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of veterinary front-desk experience preferred.
• Leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
• Strong computer skills and experience with practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Connect patients to doctors and coordinate front-desk operations.
• Lead and support the Client Service team to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Model professionalism, empathy, and hospital standards.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and mentoring new CSRs.
• Support scheduling, coverage, and workflow efficiency at the front desk.
• Address client concerns and assist with service recovery as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records, client communication, and payments.
