Seven Hills Pet Hospital in Henderson, AL is seeking an experienced Lead Client Service Representative with veterinary front-desk leadership to guide the Client Service team and ensure a compassionate, efficient client experience at every interaction.

This full-time role combines hands-on client service with coaching, onboarding, and mentoring new CSRs, plus scheduling support, accurate records, and collaboration with hospital leadership to uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of veterinary front-desk experience preferred.
• Leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
• Strong computer skills and experience with practice management software.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Client Service Representative (CSR) with proven veterinary front-desk experience and leadership skills to join Seven Hills Pet Hospital. Position Summary

The Lead CSR serves as the primary support and resource for the Client Service team while working closely with hospital leadership, veterinarians, and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. This role combines hands-on client service with leadership responsibilities, coaching, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Client Service Representative and/or Administrator in a veterinary setting required
• Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy, emotionally charged environment
• Strong computer skills and experience with practice management software
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork
