Lake Forest Animal Hospital is seeking a Lead Client Service Representative to oversee front desk operations and ensure an exceptional client experience from check-in to check-out.

The role includes day-to-day leadership of CSRs, coordination with technicians and doctors to maintain patient flow, scheduling accuracy, and accurate recordkeeping. Candidates should have 3+ years in veterinary client service and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years veterinary client service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Leadership or training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSR team and ensure exceptional client service from check-in to check-out.
• Collaborate with technicians and doctors to coordinate patient flow.
• Oversee scheduling accuracy, patient records, and charge capture.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members.
• Ensure front desk operations align with hospital protocols and safety standards.
