Ark Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care is hiring a full-time Front-Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, setting the tone for their visit. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to maintain a calm, professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, complete sign-in, confirm appointment details, and escort to exam rooms.
• Handle payments, process credit/debit cards, ensure accurate sales accounting, and schedule future appointments.
• Answer calls for appointments, inquiries, refills, and other requests; place outbound reminders and follow-ups.
• Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, and typical veterinary terminology.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.
