Brookhaven Animal Hospital in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist / CSR to join our busy front desk team. This Full-Time role involves greeting clients and pets, managing appointments, processing invoices, and keeping patient records up to date.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year veterinary receptionist experience, strong people skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour, based on experience.

• Experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, veterinary clinic, or similar medical setting
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with both people and animals
• Schedule flexibility, including rotating weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Description

Brookhaven Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist / Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team in Atlanta. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and pets and can thrive in a busy veterinary hospital environment.

Pay: $15-$17/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and pets with a friendly, professional approach
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, veterinary clinic, or similar medical setting
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with both people and animals
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Schedule flexibility, including rotating weekends

Preferred: Experience with veterinary practice management software such as Cornerstone, AVImark, or similar systems, along with experience in appointment scheduling, medical records, payments, and client education.

Full-time | 70-80 hours per pay period Rotating weekend shifts required. Brookhaven Animal Hospital is closed on major federal holidays.
