Job summary

Brookhaven Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist/CSR to join our front desk in Atlanta. This full-time role requires excellent people skills and comfort working with animals in a busy hospital setting.

You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, manage payments and records, and coordinate with veterinarians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Weekend rotation is required; pay is $15–$17 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of veterinary receptionist or CSR experience.
• Experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, veterinary clinic, or similar medical setting.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with both people and animals.
• Schedule flexibility, including rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

Brookhaven Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist / Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team in Atlanta. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and pets and can thrive in a busy veterinary hospital environment.

Pay: $15-$17/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Schedule flexibility, including rotating weekends

Preferred: Experience with veterinary practice management software such as Cornerstone, AVImark, or similar systems, along with experience in appointment scheduling, medical records, payments, and client education.

Full-time | 70-80 hours per pay period Rotating weekend shifts required. Brookhaven Animal Hospital is closed on major federal holidays.
