Brawley Animal Hospital in Mooresville, NC is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role you will manage appointments, patient flow, multi-line phones, and in-person interactions while processing transactions and supporting clients with information about our services.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of customer service or front-desk experience, veterinary reception background preferred, and proficiency with practice

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience REQUIRED
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phones and in-person clients; familiarity with veterinary software (Avimark) preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage appointments and daily patient flow.
• Handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions.
• Process transactions and maintain financial records.
• Support clients with information about services and treatments.
