The role offers exposure to a wide range of wellness, preventive care, and surgical support, with flexible scheduling including some weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing excellent customer service and love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment.
• Strong organizational skills for prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and ability to work independently or with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; flexibility to work some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointments, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure optimal pet care.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence, show empathy, and treat each pet like your own.
