You will provide front-desk support, greet clients, schedule appointments, and assist in basic pet care communication while supporting doctors and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of veterinary experience.
• Knowledge of clerical procedures and ability to organize files and records.
• Excellent customer service skills, providing courteous and prompt assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and in high-stress situations.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and addresses client concerns.
• Assists with basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety.
• Handles medication pickups and inquiries, and explains services and products.
• Inputs and manages data in practice management software, including billing.
• Assists with retail sales, weighing pets, and maintaining records.
• Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day duties.
