You will work with veterinary teams, handle insurance claims, and ensure clear communication on costs, payment options, and care plans, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a financial coordination or administrative role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of financial procedures, insurance processing, and client billing.
• Excellent communication, with the ability to explain financial information to clients and staff.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate financial estimates for proposed veterinary treatments and procedures, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of costs and payment options.
• Serve as primary contact for financial discussions, costs, payment plans, and insurance claims.
• Coordinate communication between veterinarians, specialists, and clients on financial matters.
• Gather information for estimates and present them to clients.
• Assist clients with navigating insurance claims and documentation.
• Monitor financial transactions and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with administrative team to streamline processes.
• Handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
