Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Veterinary Field Support Representative (FSR) to collaborate with internal teams, educate clinics, and deliver customer-centric solutions. You will travel extensively, visit offices daily, and occasionally support emergency practices from a home-based office when not traveling.

In this role you will train staff on IDEXX analyzers, troubleshoot on-site issues, and plan visits using a suite of planning tools. Strong communication and veterinary experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in a veterinary practice or similar work experience.
• Familiarity with IDEXX products.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 75% of the time (5+ days of car travel per week; 6-8+ overnights per month).
• Install and train staff on IDEXX Analyzers (ProCyte, Catalyst One, SediVue, InVue).
• Provide onsite technical troubleshooting during visits when needed.
• Utilize programs to plan and strategize visits, acting as an IDEXX Ambassador.
• Manage your schedule to meet customer needs and pursue professional growth.
