VEG for Pets is seeking a Hospital Manager in Illinois to lead hospital operations, people development, and financial health. You will guide the team, maintain high standards of patient care, and collaborate with local businesses to strengthen the hospital's position in the community.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, culture building, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced ER environment. Nights, weekends, and shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing and scheduling teams of 50+ people
• Financial management including budgeting, payroll, and AR
• Operations management including inventory and facility management
• Desire to be coached and develop personally
• Not a remote position and must be able to work in a noisy environment
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsabilités

• Actively recruit, hire, onboard and develop VEG hospital staff
• Deliver a mind-blowing experience for patients, customers, and VEGgies
• Ensure hospital compliance, maintenance, and operational soundness
• Drive hospital performance to achieve revenue goals and financial targets
• Build partnerships with referring vets and local businesses to grow VEG's regional presence
