Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) is seeking a Hospital Manager for the St. Charles, IL region. You will guide hospital teams, drive performance, and ensure top-tier emergency veterinary care.

This role sits within VEG’s frontlines of change, shaping culture and operational excellence with a strong ownership mindset. You’ll lead recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and financial health, while building partnerships with referring veterinarians and local businesses to strengthen VEG’s community

Formación

• Experience leading teams of 50+ and scheduling
• P&L budgeting and accounts receivable experience
• Operations management including inventory and facilities

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, onboard VEG hospital staff
• Deliver exceptional patient and client experience
• Maintain hospital compliance, maintenance, and operations
• Drive hospital performance toward financial targets
