VEG is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Minnesota to shape the client journey before, during, and after visits. You will be the warm, proactive voice for our clients, coordinating communications and guiding families through the care process with empathy.

You will collaborate with nurses and doctors to ensure a compassionate, efficient experience while navigating busy shifts, flexible hours, and a focus on learning and mentorship within a leading veterinary emergency team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Advanced proficiency with practice management software.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Problem solving with a proactive approach.
• Willing to work in a noisy environment with odors.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
