VEG is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to define and perfect the customer journey across in-person, phone, and online channels. You will work to ensure each interaction is warm, efficient, and compassionate, guiding customers and their pets through the ER experience with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills; interact positively with diverse people.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in fast paced environments.
• High emotional intelligence and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, over the phone, or online with warmth and urgency.
• Oversee all customer communications (calls, emails, texts) and route urgent medical calls to a doctor.
• Deliver personalized, memorable experiences and creative “yes” moments for customers and pets.
• Listen with empathy, resolve concerns quickly, and anticipate issues.
• Keep nursing team and doctors updated on customer needs for seamless care.
