Veterinary Emergency Group The PC is hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator (Part Time) in Paramus, NJ. The role centers on shaping the customer’s experience before, during, and after visits, with an emphasis on empathy and professional service for both pets and their families.

You will greet customers, manage calls and emails, coordinate with the care team, and handle payments securely in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills; able to interact positively with anyone.
