Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of veterinary experience.
• Substitutions: Associate’s Degree + 4 years vet experience or HS + 6 years vet experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee veterinary technician staff daily operations and staffing.
• Develop recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies with HR.
• Manage triage, stabilization, and urgent care coverage.
• Coordinate with faculty and students to support clinical operations.
• Perform supervisory duties: performance reviews, leave, timecards, and budgeting.
