• Monitor KPIs and ROI for projects and prioritize investments.
• Lead CFPT and sub-teams; ensure timely delivery of roadmap items.
• Advocate for products and communicate updates to Commercial, Medical, and Support teams.
• Own meeting cadence, agendas, and cross-team follow-through.
