Job summary

Zoetis in the United States seeks a Product Manager to own the roadmap for diagnostic products, coordinating cross-functional teams and leveraging VOC insights to shape strategy. You will guide the product vision and backlog, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and customer needs across veterinary medicine.

You will lead the CFPT and sub-teams, drive ROI-focused decision making, and partner with Commercial, Medical, and Support teams to deliver measurable value and continual product

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management, product development role, or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing
• Proven ability to engage with SMEs and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship

Responsibilities

• Define problem statements and product vision + strategy, and maintain product backlog by continuous product discovery.
• Align with Commercial teams on product financial and strategic goals.
• Know the product users, product operations, and connect the two into clear product requirements; understand veterinary needs.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs; provide ROI assessments for projects and tradeoffs.
• Bring on-the-ground feedback into the product backlog with long-term strategy in mind; deliver on open items with a release schedule.
• Lead CFPT and sub-team collaboration; assign OKRs; communicate priorities and next steps.
